### Data Processors

EmpowerRD utilises both infrastructure and services specific vendors to provide products and services. The following is an up-to-date list (as of 05 June 2026) of names and purposes of EmpowerRD sub-processors.

**Vendor: Amazon Web Services, Inc.**  
Purpose: Primary cloud infrastructure provider for EmpowerRD, where the EmpowerRD platform is hosted. Most data stored, processed and transmitted through EmpowerRD resides on Amazon Web Services data centers.

**Vendor: Google Cloud Platform**  
Purpose: Secondary cloud infrastructure provider for EmpowerRD services, data is stored and processed in Google Cloud Platform Data Centers.

**Vendor: IRIS Software Ltd**  
Purpose: Accounting system provider to enable submission of tax returns to HMRC  
Data Centres: European Economic Area

**Vendor: Xero (UK) Limited**  
Purpose: To raise and send invoices after claims have been submitted to HMRC.

**Vendor: HubSpot, Inc.**  
Purpose: To manage sales and service processes

**Vendor: Mailgun Technologies, Inc.**  
Purpose: To send transactional emails to you from the EmpowerRD Platform.

**Vendor: TalcCalc (Acorah Software Products Limited)**  
Purpose: Accounting system provider to enable submission of tax returns to HMRC

**Vendor: Smartlook (Cisco Systems Inc.)**  
Purpose: To monitor sessions for management of support cases and ongoing maintenance of our services, including onboarding assistance, support request analysis and issue diagnosis in the EmpowerRD platform.

Purpose: Messaging and data processing in the EmpowerRD platform

Purpose: May process customer data in connection with Claim Processing, Support cases and ongoing maintenance of our services, including onboarding assistance, support request analysis, issue diagnosis in the EmpowerRD platform.

Purpose: May process customer data in connection with Claim Delivery, Support cases and ongoing maintenance of our services, including onboarding assistance, support request analysis and issue diagnosis in the EmpowerRD platform.
